All delegates are responsible for making their own travel, accommodation, visa and insurance arrangements and covering the costs thereof.

The Forum registration fee does not include airfare, accommodation or other travelling arrangement costs. 

 

Delegate registration includes:

  • The opening ceremony
  • All scientific sessions
  • The exhibitors and poster presentations area
  • Meals as indicated in the Forum programme
  • Forum bag 

 

Registration requirements:

  • Email address for each delegate must be provided during the registration process.
  • Multiple registrations with the same email address will not be accepted by the system.

 

Confirmation of registration 

Delegates will receive an automatic email upon successful submission of the online registration. Registration will be confirmed after payment of the registration fee is received. 

 

Payment of registration

Payments may be made online by credit card or by bank transfer. All payments must be made in Euros. Participants are requested to select their preferred payment method in the online registration form. For payments by bank transfer, please allow around 5 working days for payment processing before registration is confirmed. 

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations submitted in writing to eeflisbon2019@leading.pt no later than 31 March 2019 will receive a full refund of the registration fee minus € 30 for administration costs.

Cancellations submitted in writing to eeflisbon2019@leading.pt between 1 April and 31 May 2019 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee minus € 30 for administration costs. 

No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31 May, 2019

In case of overpayment or double payment, refund requests including valid proof of the overpayment or double payment must be made in writing no later than one month after the Congress closure.

Refunds will not be made for unattended events or early termination of attendance.

 

Certificate of participation 

Certificate of participation will be made available digitaly after the closure of the Congress.
